Your Role

We are hiring a senior Account Executive with proven experience selling cybersecurity, consulting, IT, Salesforce, Oracle Digital Transformation, or other enterprise services into the Aged Care Sector including residential aged care operators, in-home care providers, aged living groups, and care franchises.

This is a full-cycle role with full ownership across pipeline generation, stakeholder engagement, solution design, and deal closure. You will leverage your existing network and deep knowledge of the aged care sector in Victoria to generate high-value opportunities and drive revenue.

You must be confident selling into care-based environments where data protection, continuity of service, and regulatory obligations are central to every business decision.

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

You must have sold services to Aged Care providers in NSW.

You must have existing relationships with senior decision-makers or executives in the aged care sector across NSW.

Experience in cybersecurity services is strongly preferred (e.g. Essential Eight, ISO 27001, OAIC compliance, IR plans, vCISO).

Applications that do not meet the above criteria will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, and closing

Open doors using your aged care network to accelerate deal velocity

Run strategic conversations with Managing Directors, CEOs, COOs, CIOs, and compliance leads

Translate care-sector risks into structured cybersecurity solutions

Work closely with Cybertify’s delivery team to scope engagements with clarity and speed

Close $100K–$1M+ cybersecurity consulting and service engagements

Maintain disciplined Salesforce reporting and pipeline accuracy

What You Bring

5+ years in enterprise sales, ideally in cybersecurity, consulting, or compliance services

Experience selling into the Aged Care Sector in NSW

Proven track record of closing large service deals in regulated industries

Strong commercial acumen, presence, and trust-building skills with executive buyers

Working knowledge of privacy, risk, and operational vulnerabilities in aged care

Immediate access to a relevant client base or warm contacts
