The Role:
we are seeking a switched on individual to slot into a fast paced environment. Support a Million Dollar Agent managing approximately 10 listings at one stage, this is a Sales Agent situated in the top performers nationally. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

• Work alongside a number 1 Director
• Attend pre-listing presentations
• Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors etc
• Supporting the full sales process
• Assisting with open for inspections
• Database management
• General administration duties involved
• Organising material for listing presentations
• Prospecting and cold calling

The Candidate:

• A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Previous experience in Real Estate is essential
• Needs someone with pride!
• We want someone who wants a career!
• The ability to work proactively and independently
• A valid driver's license
• Strong administration and communication skills
