Sales and Contracts Co-Ordinator-Full Time
St Leonards, Sydney NSW

Our clients is a privately-owned Australian property development company that specialises in residential and mixed-use urban renewal projects, with a strong focus on design, community, and cultural integration.

The Role:

  • Manage full sales lifecycle. From lead generation and enquiries to contract exchange and settlement.
  • Provide variation register schedules to the development team, ensuring timely updates on project changes.
  • Oversee on-site sales suite operations, housekeeping, inventory, hardware and collateral supplies.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and lead data.
  • Monitor buyer enquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a positive brand experience.
  • Coordinate with settlement teams to ensure a smooth post-sale experience for buyers.
  • Administrative - Maintain Sales Kit (Dropbox) and materials for selling purposes.
  • Pricelist Distribution.
  • Commission Processing.
  • Sales Reporting - Weekly Enquiries, Platform Performance, Agents Performance, Conversion Rate and Fallout Rate.
  • Booking Coordination: Organize bookings for valuations, pre-settlement inspections, and key handovers.
  • Advise Sales director of any complaints issues immediately – KPI
  • Weekly Meeting with Onsite Agent.
  • Support the marketing team as directed by the directors and other ad hoc

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate sector is preferred. Skills in contract preparation are advantageous.
  • A thorough understanding of the buying and selling process is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritise, follow, and give instructions efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Propertybase Real Estate Platform.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities are necessary to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to conduct market research and utilise that information effectively is important.
  • Collaborating effectively with multiple agents and departments is also essential.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
