We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join one of the top 10 agents in the country. You’ll be working alongside an award-winning team in a fun, fast-paced office environment.
You’ll have the unique opportunity to learn directly from a high-performing agent with over 20 years’ experience. Under their guidance, you’ll develop essential real estate skills and gain hands-on practice in all key areas, from negotiations to listing presentations. Providing dedicated support to a high-performing agent
Scheduling and conducting property appraisals for local homeowners, applying your industry expertise
Coordinating and overseeing open homes, delivering world-class service
Managing buyer follow-ups, arranging private inspections, and guiding contract holders through the offer process
Curating and progressing buyer and seller databases
Leveraging opportunities for new business through proactive prospecting, including cold calling and door knocking
Accurately entering and maintaining data in the CRM system, growing the database and ensuring its quality and consistency
Attending regular sales meetings and training sessions, along with weekly one-on-one coaching with an Associate Development Manager to polish and refine your skills
Preparing detailed vendor reports and applying course correction strategies where needed
Managing calendars and performing general administrative duties
Participating at auctions and mastering floor work scenarios
Requirements:
Minimum 12 months experience in a real estate or a sales role.
Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License essential
Vehicle & license
An understanding of the real estate sales process and legislation
Excellent communications skills – both verbal and written
Highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team
The ability to manage and complete high volumes of work
These roles are Monday-Saturday roles with one day off during the week as negotiated with the sales agent.
