About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, your core responsibility will be to convert qualified leads into confirmed sales through in-home consultations and a “free measure and quote” service. You’ll manage a designated territory, showcasing our industry-leading product range through a state-of-the-art mobile showroom, creating a convenient and premium experience for our customers.
This is not your average sales role – it’s an opportunity to take our unique mobile concept directly to customers, offering tailored solutions that add real value to their homes.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Territory Management
Achieve budgeted sales targets and conversion ratios within your assigned region
Conduct residential sales appointments using a consultative, solution-focused approach
Prepare timely and accurate quotes, including product upgrades where appropriate
Maintain detailed CRM records and provide regular reporting and competitor analysis
Plan and group sales calls effectively to maximise efficiency and results
Customer Service Excellence
Deliver a first-class customer experience from initial contact through to post-sale
Guide customers empathetically through the product selection process
Maintain a pristine and professional Mobile Showroom at all times
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer journeys and seamless installations
Key Relationships
Lead Generation Team – to ensure leads are allocated promptly and effectively
Installation Team – to ensure timely installations that meet customer expectations
Technical Support – to identify and resolve complex or unique technical needs
National Trainer & Fellow Mobile Showroom Consultants – to share knowledge and best practices
Line Manager – for support, performance guidance, and business alignment
