We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our NSW office.

The Role:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for quoting and selling our technology solutions to both new and existing clients.
You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, recommend tailored solutions, and manage the sales process from initial inquiry through to delivery from our St. Leonards, NSW office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Create, deliver, and follow up on accurate and timely quotes.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing customers while actively identifying new business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up to date with product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity.

Requirements:
- Demonstrated sales experience, ideally within the technology solutions sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prepare accurate quotes.
- Experience in marketing including campaign ideation, website updates, and digital content creation
advantageous but not essential).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
