We are now expanding our elite sales team and seeking a driven, experienced Senior Sales Executive who is ready to take their career to the next level in a high-performance, luxury environment.
About the Role
As a Senior Sales Executive at Black Swan Property Group, you will play a critical role in our growth. You’ll be responsible for managing the complete sales process, nurturing high-value relationships, and closing premium property deals. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and talented individual to thrive in a fast-moving, results-oriented team.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial enquiry to contract signing
Conduct detailed buyer consultations to understand their needs and investment goals
Recommend suitable properties from a premium portfolio of exclusive listings
Coordinate and lead property inspections, presentations, and project walk-throughs
Provide ongoing support and build long-term relationships with clients
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Proactively generate new leads through personal networks, referrals, and prospecting activities
Convert warm leads from internal databases and marketing campaigns
Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell within the portfolio
Maintain a robust and active sales pipeline
CRM & Sales Process Management
Use CRM systems to track leads, activities, and client progress accurately
Maintain detailed records of interactions, notes, and deal status
Provide regular sales reports and forecasting updates to management
Team & Brand Contribution
Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and developers
Represent Black Swan Property Group at project launches, events, and exhibitions
Uphold the brand’s premium positioning through professional presentation and high-touch service
Ideal Candidate
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in residential or project sales, or high-ticket sales
Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work both independently and within a team
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or willing to obtain)
Current driver’s licence and access to reliable transportation
Full working rights in Australia
Availability to work weekends as required
