The Position

We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist with previous medical administrative/reception experience and a commitment to providing exceptional patient reception services and care.

We will consider both fulltime or part time applicants.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a medical receptionist or healthcare administrator in either Diagnostic Imaging (preferred), Allied Health, Primary Care (eg GP Practice receptionist) or Specialist Consulting.

As the first point of contact for our patient’s, you will work directly with the Practice Manager to provide patient reception services and field referring practitioner enquiries with professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail.

Previous experience in a private diagnostic imaging/medical setting highly regarded.

Experience with Comrad RIS (radiology patient booking system software) highly regarded (if not training will be provided)
