What You Will Be Working On
Lead subdivision projects across Queensland where understanding the 'why' behind every design decision creates superior outcomes. You'll combine technical excellence with innovative AI tools while mentoring others and building lasting client relationships.

Your key responsibilities:

• Drive subdivision designs from concept to delivery using traditional expertise and AI tools
• Mentor junior designers while advancing your own skills in emerging technologies

What Type Of Person Will Be Successful
