What is the Opportunity

From day one, you'll be working on one of the largest master-planned community projects in South East Queensland. You'll have senior support around you, in addition to juniors and drafters on your team.

Your key responsibilities:

• Design large-scale master-planned communities using advanced 12D software and four decades of proven methodologies
• Collaborate directly with blue-chip developers to understand vision and deliver outcomes that exceed expectations
• Coordinate complex infrastructure across multiple stages of community development
• Mentor and guide junior designers while learning from industry veterans with unmatched experience

What Type of Person will be Successful
You're an experienced civil designer who understands that master-planned communities require a different level of expertise, precision, and long-term thinking. You have the technical skills for large-scale projects and want the stability of working with established relationships and proven processes.

Essential requirements:

• Large-scale subdivision design experience - at least 5 years expertise in master-planned community projects
• Advanced 12D software proficiency - Essential for our project delivery standards
• SEQ experience preferred - Though exceptional candidates from other locations will be considered
• Quality-focused mindset - Appreciation for taking time to deliver excellence rather than rushing outcomes
