Right now, they’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, multidisciplinary projects from creative brief to final installation. What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the delivery of major art, design, or construction programs — from pitch to handover
• Setting up clear delivery structures, planning frameworks, and safe systems of work
• Translating creative concepts into structured, buildable plans with timelines and budgets to match
• Driving cross-functional collaboration across creative, technical, commercial, and fabrication teams
• Managing clients, artists, suppliers, subcontractors, and exec stakeholders with confidence and tact
• Pre-empting risks, resolving challenges, and owning outcomes at every stage
• Uplifting team capability — mentoring other PMs and shaping a culture of continuous improvement
• Playing a hands-on role in developing and refining delivery tools, systems, and ways of working

What You Bring

• 8–10+ years delivering complex, large-scale construction, manufacturing, or design-based projects
• Proven success running multi-million dollar projects with multiple moving parts
• Experience leading teams and subcontractors across diverse disciplines
• Strong commercial acumen — including costing, forecasting, procurement and contract management
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills — especially with senior clients and creatives
• A calm, confident leadership style that builds trust, alignment, and performance
• Experience with Lean or Agile delivery models is a bonus
