Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Specialist who can bring MADMIA’s playful energy to life through visually striking content. Your primary responsibility will be to develop innovative designs for social media marketing materials, EDM’S, flows, packaging, and branded collateral. Proficiency in social media marketing is required, as you will also help ensure our brand stands out across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design: Create vibrant graphics using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for use across various channels, including ads, EDMs, and brand collateral.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain brand identity by ensuring all designs align with MADMIA’s playful and energetic style.
• Social media : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media visuals that engage our audience and drive brand awareness.
• EDM Templates: Design and optimise email templates for effective promotions and product launches.
• Klaviyo Flows: Set up and refine automated email sequences to boost conversions and build brand loyalty.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with the wider team to gather feedback, iterate on concepts, and finalise design projects under tight deadlines.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse design and campaign effectiveness, providing insights for ongoing improvement.
• Packaging Design: Conceptualise and produce dynamic, eye-catching packaging designs that highlight MADMIA’s fun, colourful aesthetic.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging design work.
• Adobe Expertise: Mastery of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to produce high-quality, visually appealing designs.
• Packaging Knowledge: Experience in packaging design, including file setup for print production, material considerations, and brand storytelling.
• EDM & Klaviyo: Experience with creating and managing email campaigns, especially using Klaviyo.
• Social Media Savvy :Ability to create engaging social media content that resonates with a youthful audience.
• Creative Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting design concepts and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Organised & Deadline-Driven: Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and deliver on schedule.
