The Role
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll work directly with the founder to unlock and execute high-impact growth opportunities. This is a hands-on role with high autonomy, fast decision-making, and a mandate to move the needle.
Your mission is to create and capture new revenue by:
Identifying new market verticals (e.g. ADHD, dermatology, longevity, men’s health)
Building commercial partnerships (clinics, GPs, influencers, health brands)
Driving patient acquisition strategies alongside marketing
Launching growth pilots (e.g. new geographic markets, product upsells)
Exploring international expansion (US, NZ, UK)
Helping shape the growth team as we scale
What We’re Looking For a Full Time Senior Business Development Manager with
5–10+ years in Business Developement, strategic partnerships, or growth roles
Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, tech, or regulated industries, please note, you do not need healthcare experience, its ideal but not necessary, we welcome experience from all tech backgrounds
Commercial mindset with proven revenue-generation results
Able to own and execute strategy end-to-end
Comfortable in a fast, founder-led business
Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and highly proactive

$150k base plus super + up to $40k performance bonus (salary)
