The Role:
Based in the vibrant and fast-growing hub of Parramatta, you’ll work closely with a respected, industry-born Director who values honesty, openness, and team success. You will:

• Source and convert new business opportunities
• Attend open homes and liaise with prospective landlords
• Collaborate with the Sales and Executive Leasing team
• Nurture client relationships and provide expert advice
• Conduct rental appraisals and follow up
• Handle associated admin as required

About You:

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environment

• Current Certificate of Registration (essential)
• Reliable car and valid driver’s licence
• Experience in leasing or new business within real estate
• Outstanding attention to detail and time management
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-focused and highly driven
