The Role

As their new Manager – Advisory & Consulting you will oversee a high-performing team and play the lead role in delivering complex advisory projects for a diverse range of this firms clients. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing expert guidance on a wide range of business challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of analysts and consultants
• Managing workflow and ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Business development and key client relationship management
• Advising on a variety of adhoc projects including valuations, financial modelling, due diligence, internal systems and process reviews, restructures, improving reporting outcomes and implementing cutting-edge reporting solutions
• Providing practical hands-on support to a client’s finance team when they are faced with complex changes (e.g., finance transformations, acquisitions, divestments, IPO processes or restructures)

About You

Your background will include:

• CA/CPA with between five to eight years' experience in a professional services environment as well as a similar timeframe in a senior commercial role
• Strong technical knowledge of valuation methodologies, accounting standards, and regulatory changes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A passion for driving change and improvement
• Leadership/team management experience
