Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead their national sales function based in Sydney. This is a rare opportunity to join a long-standing industry leader that delivers lifecycle management solutions for some of Australia’s largest enterprise and government organisations.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with a strong background in telecommunications, mobility, or managed services, and a desire to take their career global. Full visa sponsorship and relocation support are available for the right candidate.
About the Company
With over 25 years of experience in enterprise mobility, our client offers end-to-end solutions across mobile and laptop fleet management. They have developed a proprietary platform that simplifies the management of devices, contracts, and services across their full lifecycle. Following their strong foundation in mobility, they are now rapidly expanding into laptop Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) and looking to build on their national footprint.
The Role
As Sales Manager, you will lead the national sales team, refine the go-to-market strategy, and drive growth across all service areas – including managed mobility and DaaS.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and support the national sales team to drive performance and secure new enterprise clients
Own and oversee sales strategy, planning, and delivery across all business units
Drive customer acquisition and grow market share in both mobile and laptop DaaS
Position the company as a competitive alternative to other providers in the market
Develop sales process discipline, pipeline management, and strategic account planning
Collaborate with technical, executive, and marketing teams to respond to high-value tenders and opportunities
Promote the use of the company’s proprietary platform to streamline and enhance client device management
What We’re Looking For
At least 7 years of sales leadership experience in telecommunications, ICT, or managed services
Direct experience selling DaaS, TEM, MDM/UEM solutions, or infrastructure services
A strong understanding of the device lifecycle – from procurement to retirement
Ability to develop and execute on national sales strategies with a commercial and data-driven mindset
Experience working with platforms such as Microsoft Intune, ServiceNow, or similar and hardware OEM providers such as HP, Dell and Lenovo will be well regarded
A confident communicator with experience engaging at senior levels, including with enterprise and government clients
