Your impact, where you’re really needed.

As our highly valued ERP Business Analyst and Trainer, you’ll play a crucial role to support the successful implementation of the ERP and the integrated HR, Payroll and LMS solution.

You’ll make an impact at scale by:

gathering and documenting business requirements, analysing existing processes, and optimising workflows to align with the integrated HR, Payroll and Learning Management System.

developing training plan, training material and delivering training to end users for the ERP implementation.

What you’ll bring

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.

Adult Learning or Instructional Design certifications.

Strong process mapping and requirements documentation skills.

Proven experience in developing and delivering tailored end-user training, including the creation of supporting materials.

Strong understanding of ERP systems from a business user perspective.

Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organisation.

Previous experience implementing HRIS, Payroll, CRM, ERP (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365), and LMS solutions.

Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills

This is an 8-month fixed-term contract with possible extension dependent on project.
