We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with experience in SD-WAN projects (or similar) to support a network transformation initiatives and help deliver improved business outcomes through enhanced connectivity and infrastructure.

About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work across teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and contribute to the successful delivery of SD-WAN and related IT infrastructure solutions. Your work will play a key role in ensuring network changes are aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business and technical requirements for SD-WAN and network-related projects.

Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate needs into actionable plans.

Support process mapping, impact analysis, and solution validation.

Contribute to project planning, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and change management efforts.

Assist in testing, rollout, and adoption activities.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT, infrastructure, or network-related projects.

Practical exposure to SD-WAN solutions or deployments.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work across business and technical teams, translating complex concepts into clear documentation.

Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Office Suite is beneficial.
