Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Sydney, CBD (3-4 days onsite)

Salary: $155k - $165k (inc. Super) + Quarterly Bonus

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to a significant ERP transformation program. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge solutions and support the deployment of the TechOne OneCouncil Solution, which covers key modules such as Finance, Payroll, HR, and Assets. While experience with TechOne is a bonus, it’s not mandatory – we’re looking for strong Business Analysts with the ERP experience with drive to learn and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

Support the design, testing, and implementation of the TechOne OneCouncil Solution.

Facilitate workshops and ensure effective communication across teams.

Contribute to test execution and quality assurance.

Drive process improvements and ensure project success.

Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience as a ERP Business Analyst, with a proven ability to deliver complex projects.

TechOne experience (OneCouncil) is highly desirable but not essential.

Strong functional analysis and requirements documentation skills.

Previous experience in Project Management, Test Execution, or CRM is a plus.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
