We’re looking for a highly efficient Office Administrator with accounting knowledge to join our team. If you’re organised, proactive, and great at juggling tasks, we’d love to hear from you.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
General office administration
Job control and coordination
Invoicing and billings
Liaising with clients and team members
Supporting accounts and basic bookkeeping tasks
Ato lodgements
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Strong organisational skills
Accounting or bookkeeping knowledge (MYOB/Xero preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
