About the role
Signarama Blacktown is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Administrator and Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team. This full-time role will be based at our office in Kings Park, NSW and will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative and customer service support to our growing business.
What you'll be doing
Handling all incoming phone calls, emails and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Maintaining and updating client records and project documentation
Preparing quotations, invoices and other administrative documents
Basic bookkeeping
Collecting customer payments
Managing the office supplies and inventory
Providing general administrative support to the wider team
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with customers and colleagues in a professional manner
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word, as well as in Xero Accounting Software
A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Knowledge of the signage or print industry would be advantageous but not essential
