The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Portfolio Coordinator to join the Trustee Services team.
You will be working in an office of ambitious and passionate professionals. Working within a team, you will manage a portfolio of properties throughout Australia.
The Portfolio Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Senior Portfolio Coordinator with providing end-to-end property services for our Clients and ensuring that all services are provided within contractual obligations and deadlines.
Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
Managing a nationwide portfolio of properties
Work with key stakeholders (internal and external) to facilitate repairs, maintenance or sale of properties and within an established timeframe
Assess and provide recommendations for best outcome for the property
Assess and provide recommendations to determine extent of repairs required
Facilitate return of belongings with client’s customers
Facilitate onboarding and registration of key stakeholders
Maintain accurate data records in OnDeed’s platform
Assists with reporting and data requests on an as needed basis
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations (national & state)
About You
As a future leader, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate drive and determination, not just experience.
You will be an energetic, motivated and detailed individual with a minimum of 1 year experience in property sales/property management, or 2 years as a PA or EA to a property manager/real estate sales agent.
OnDeed will consider backgrounds ranging from repairs & maintenance, property coordination, facilities management or strata management.
You will possess:
Impeccable customer service
Excellent written and oral communication skills (must be comfortable on the phone)
Great multi-tasking, organisation and time management skills
Ability to think analytically and use initiative
Intermediate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
Ability to manage priorities under pressure
