Are you a Land Surveyor who sees where the industry is heading?

We’re Odeion, a fast-growing residential construction company based in Perth, specialising in renovations, extensions, and additions. As we scale nationally, we’re building a new division that puts surveying and 3D site modelling at the heart of how our projects are delivered, and we’re looking for an experienced Registered Land Surveyor to lead it.

This is your opportunity to move beyond traditional land surveys and be part of a new kind of project workflow, where accurate, immersive site models are used across design, engineering, estimating, and construction.

The Role

You'll be our lead on all Stage 3 project captures, visiting residential homes across Perth and scanning everything from boundary lines and topography to internal layouts and roof cavities.

Using industry-leading equipment, you'll capture the existing conditions of every home with precision — allowing:

In-house engineers to assess real structural conditions

Designers and architects to plan and review without additional site visits

Construction leaders and supervisors to walk the site virtually during scheduling, estimating, and handover

And many other departments to reference your work throughout the project lifecycle

This is a role where your output becomes the source of truth for the entire build team, reducing mistakes, compressing timelines, and improving project quality from day one.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

Are a Registered Land Surveyor (WA)

Have experience in residential construction projects

Are excited about where the industry is going, not just where it’s been

Have worked with scanning, photogrammetry, or other 3D capture methods

Want to build something new, not just clock in and clock out

Are comfortable collaborating with designers, engineers, and construction teams

Take pride in accuracy and detail, and know how much depends on good data

What’s On Offer

Base Salary: $120,000–$130,000

Car Allowance: $15,000

Performance Bonus: Up to $35,000

OTE Package: $170K–$180K
