We are a dynamic and growing Perth-based residential and commercial building company, located in East Perth, and we are currently seeking an experienced Estimator/Scheduler to join our team.

About the Role

This position plays a key role in the successful delivery of our projects. You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and project schedules, liaising with clients, trades, suppliers, and coordinating materials and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for residential and commercial construction projects

Develop and maintain project schedules to align with construction timelines

Prepare client variations and liaise directly to gain approvals

Order materials and coordinate timely delivery to sites

Collaborate with site supervisors, designers, and subcontractors to ensure scope accuracy and cost efficiency

Review project plans and specifications to identify potential risks or discrepancies

Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as required

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar estimating/scheduling role within the residential & commercial construction industry

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry practices

Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating/project management software

Experience with Buildertrend highly desirable

Strong numerical, communication, and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

A positive, proactive, and self-motivated approach to work
