About the role

David Colbert Plastic Surgery is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our team in West Leederville, WA. This is a casual position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic healthcare organisation.

What you'll be doing

Warmly greeting and welcoming patients, both in-person and on the phone

Managing patient appointment bookings and maintaining the clinic's scheduling system

Assisting patients with paperwork, forms and queries

Maintaining confidential patient records and files

Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed

Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist, or in a similar customer service role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Proficiency in using medical practice management software and Microsoft Office applications

A friendly, positive and adaptable attitude, with a genuine interest in working in the healthcare industry
