We're currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Production Administrator to join our small, passionate team in Geelong on a part-time, flexible basis.

About the Role

In this hands-on position, you’ll support the daily operations of our production team, helping ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods, accurate documentation, and meaningful sustainability reporting.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate production schedules and critical paths

· Communicate with local and offshore suppliers

· Manage shipping documentation and order tracking

· Oversee quality control processes and reporting

· Assist with carbon emissions reporting and sustainability tracking

· Maintain and track product certifications (e.g. GOTS, BCI, OEKO-TEX)

· Manage invoicing, POs, and reconciliations using Xero

· Maintain organised records using Excel

· Support general admin across production and logistics

About You

· Experience in fashion, apparel production, or supply chain

· Strong skills in Excel and working knowledge of Xero

· Familiarity with shipping processes, QC, and certification standards

· Organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills

· A genuine interest in sustainable and ethical fashion
