About the Role:

As a Production Assistant, you'll be involved in bottling and brewing cold brew coffee at our Footscray factory.

Your key responsibilities will include (not limited to):

Operating our bottling machine, including setup, maintenance, and running.

Managing the entire cold brew process, from setup to maintenance and operation of cold drip machines.

Ensuring quality control and cleanliness of our products and facility.

Packing and distributing online orders.

Performing general warehouse tasks, including lifting and moving stock.

Keeping our workspace clean and tidy.

Drinking large amounts of coffee.

What We’re Looking For:

This is a part-time role. We seek someone who loves detail and efficiency, is passionate about the coffee industry and would be excited to grow with us. Flexibility is key, as production needs can vary. Shifts available are Tuesday to Thursday, with additional shifts available from time to time.

Shift Details:

Typical shift: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (with a 1-hour variance depending on the day/week).
