What You’ll Do
As a key member of our sales team, you’ll manage and grow an existing client portfolio while actively identifying and converting new business opportunities. You’ll promote the full suite of Grace Information services, including:
Physical records storage
Digitisation
Secure document destruction
Information governance solutions
Your day-to-day will include:
Managing and expanding your assigned client portfolio
Prospecting and securing new business across target sectors
Developing tailored proposals and presenting client-focused solutions
Building lasting relationships based on trust, delivery, and value
Collaborating with technical and operational teams to ensure service excellence
Meeting (and exceeding) KPIs across revenue growth and client satisfaction
About You
You’re a commercially minded and client-focused professional who thrives in both relationship management and sales environments.
You’ll bring:
Proven B2B sales and/or account management experience
A successful track record in exceeding sales targets and developing client growth plans
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Confidence in managing sales pipelines, tenders, and solution-based selling
Experience in information management, logistics, or software services (highly regarded)
