The Role
We’re looking for a driven Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing existing client relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and bringing in new leads. You'll act as a key liaison between our technical teams and our valued clients—ensuring solutions align with their evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients across Australia (5–70 seat environments).
Build strong, consultative relationships with stakeholders from IT managers to business owners.
Identify and close opportunities for upsell and cross-sell—across cybersecurity, managed services, installations, and software platforms.
Prospect and qualify new business opportunities in collaboration with marketing and leadership.
Create, present, and track proposals using Zomentum.
Use Autotask to review client activity, renewals, and ticketing insights to inform account strategies.
Collaborate with our in-house technical team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Regularly report on pipeline, forecast, and account health.
What You’ll Need
2+ years experience in account management, B2B sales, or client relationship roles (ideally in MSP or IT services).
Proven ability to manage a pipeline and drive both new business and account growth.
Confidence presenting technical solutions to non-technical clients.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with MSP operations, proposal/CRM tools (e.g., Zomentum), and ticketing systems like Autotask is a bonus.
Enthusiastic, organised, and a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment.
