We’re after someone sharp, commercially switched on, and people-focused – someone who gets just as energised by solving a service issue as they do mapping out a 12-month roadmap with a client.

The Opportunity

As a Client Success Manager, you’ll sit in the thick of it – working across our internal teams and directly with key client contacts to keep projects moving, SLAs humming, and opportunities growing. This isn’t a sales gig. It’s a relationship and delivery role with commercial visibility and real career development on offer.

You’ll be joining at the right time – C5 is scaling, our accounts are growing, and we need high-calibre people who want to come along for the ride.C5 Technology, a leading IT consulting firm right here in Brisbane. This role sits at the frontline of a critical infrastructure uplift for a large, values-driven NFP provider. It’s a unique opportunity to join C5 during a major transformation, with hands-on influence across Meraki, FortiGate, Azure networking, and SSE technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day service delivery and client relationships across your nominated accounts

Drive proactive client communications, reporting, and expectation setting

Escalate and resolve issues across projects, BAU services, and vendor support

Coordinate internal teams to deliver to scope, on time, and within budget

Maintain up-to-date documentation on scopes, contracts, SLAs, and WIPs

Identify improvement opportunities, scope extensions, and service uplift ideas

Support onboarding, service transitions, and renewal cycles

Contribute to governance meetings, reporting, and roadmap planning

What You'll Bring:

3+ years’ experience in client success, account management, project coordination, or service delivery roles

Solid understanding of managed services, project lifecycles, and service SLAs

Strong communication and stakeholder skills – you know how to manage expectations without burning bridges

Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented

Ability to juggle multiple clients and workstreams without dropping the ball

Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
