Position Purpose / Role Overview

As Techwell continues to expand—particularly across our IT managed services and cybersecurity offerings—we’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our team at our Helensvale Head Office. This role blends sales coordination, client engagement, and account management into a single, impactful position. You’ll be central to supporting our sales operations, managing customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients from initial engagement through to solution delivery. Ideal for someone with TAFE or tertiary qualifications in business, this role offers a clear pathway into a rewarding career in sales and customer success within the technology sector.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

· Provide proactive support and collaborate with Senior Sales Representatives with quote preparation, follow-ups, and maintain visibility across sales opportunities.

· Develop and manage customer relationships through structured engagement, including regular check-ins, service reviews, and proactive communication.

· Support key account retention through proactive client engagement and relationship- building.

· Assist with onboarding new clients and managing documentation to ensure a smooth transition into service delivery.

· Prepare compelling customer presentations, proposals, and tailored ICT solutions that align with client needs and business goals.

· Coordinate internal workflows to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client solutions.

· Arrange seamless handovers to the Project Management team for installation and implementation of agreed services.

· Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services based on client needs and business objectives.

· Ensure high standards of professionalism and customer experience are maintained at every stage of the sales and service lifecycle.

· Achieve set sales and service targets, contributing to overall business growth.

· Understanding of B2B sales processes and client lifecycle.

· Exposure to managed services or technology solutions (a plus).
