Our client is looking for a Temporary Recruiter to join their dynamic team and help find exceptional candidates for a variety of roles.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your Workday expertise and make an immediate impact within a fast-paced environment. You'll be instrumental in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management, as well as assisting the team with ad-hoc tasks and recruitment administrations

What you'll do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of positions.
• Utilise Workday for all aspects of the recruitment process, including posting jobs, tracking applicants, scheduling interviews, and managing offers.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit with the company culture and role requirements.
• Conduct engaging interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
• Demonstrable and strong experience using Workday for recruitment functions is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
