The Role
A busy State Government agency is seeking an experienced Talent Advisor to support internal recruitment activity during a peak period. This is an immediate-start initial 3 month contract role, ideal for someone who can hit the ground running in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including advertising, screening, interviews, and offers
• Partner with hiring managers to support best-practice recruitment aligned with public sector frameworks
• Use an ATS (SuccessFactors) to track and manage candidate pipelines and reporting
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes

About You

• Previous experience as a Talent Advisor or Recruiter, ideally within government
• Strong working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
• Comfortable managing high-volume recruitment activity
• Able to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
