Our client is a globally recognised design and strategy studio known for delivering innovative retail, commercial and now residential environments across the world. With a strong pipeline of high-profile projects, they’re seeking an experienced Architect with ArchiCAD expertise to support a roll-out program on a 6-month contract for private residential projects. You’ll join a high-performing team that values creativity, precision, and collaboration, playing a key role in executing beautifully detailed designs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and document detailed residential roll-out residential designs using ArchiCAD

Collaborate closely with internal teams and external consultants to deliver to brief

Ensure documentation aligns with project timelines and Australian codes & standards.

Apply best practice in construction detailing and documentation accuracy

Contribute to efficient project delivery as a fast paced environment

Skills & Experience

Registered Architect

Proven proficiency in ArchiCAD across all project phases

Minimum 7 years' experience in architecture, ideally within the residential sector

Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and time management skills
