The Davidson Victorian Recruitment Team is seeking a highly capable Senior Consultant or Team Leader for a 3-month contract to support our Professional Services team during a peak delivery period.

About the Role

This is a dual-role opportunity: you'll lead a team of experienced consultants day-to-day while also contributing to hands-on recruitment across live roles. You'll ensure operational rhythm, maintain high service standards, and provide just-in-time support to help the team thrive.

• Oversee daily recruitment workflow, ensuring timely candidate screening, interview coordination and follow-ups
• Allocate roles across the team based on capacity, expertise, and pipeline priorities
• Track and monitor activity (calls, interviews, submissions) and troubleshoot delivery roadblocks
• Coach and guide consultants on process, tools, and best practice
• Lead daily stand-ups and provide clear updates on team performance and progress
• Manage your own recruitment workload to support high-priority roles or fill gaps where needed
• Uphold CRM accuracy, client engagement standards, and compliance processes
