Responsibilities

You will cultivate new referral relationships and sustain existing ones to expand the rent roll, while also maintaining and nurturing client relationships throughout their journey. Reporting to the Principal - your role will involve identifying new business opportunities through lead generation activities.

Your Role

Seek and pursue new business leads within the local and surrounding suburbs.

Promote, process inquiries for rental properties available for lease, and conduct open inspections.

Keep a pipeline of potential business and ensure the CRM is regularly updated.

Evaluate and sign properties for rental.

The Requirements

Ability to work independently.

Current Agent's Representative Certificate.

2+ years of experience as a BDM, Sales Associate/Agent, or a PM with strong business development skills.

Demonstrated success in meeting minimum quarterly targets for new property sign-ups.

Ability to cold call and ask for business

Current unrestricted Australian driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
