We are actively seeking applications for an experienced Electrical Leading Hand for Civil Works at Stapylton

Electrical Leading Hand

Leading a small crew on-site to safely and efficiently complete civil and electrical works

Coordinating trenching, conduit installation, and backfilling in line with Energex standards

Liaising with Engineers and Project Managers to plan and meet production targets

Managing subcontractors and ensuring quality, safety, and environmental compliance

Site Requirements

3+ years of site-based experience, ideally in power infrastructure or similar

Background delivering projects to Energex standards

Experience with trenching, backfilling, traffic signals, and rate 2 and 3 lighting

Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills

Flexibility to travel and work remotely or away when required
