Our client is a tight-nit Civil Contractor looking for a Leading Hand to join the team.

Leading Hand/ Foreman

• Immediate start (Temp - Perm)
• Full time hours Monday - Friday 6:30am - 5:00pm (Saturdays as required)
• Site location - Rosewood - Next project location - Rocklea QLD
• Rates between $37-45ph + pens (dependant on experience)

Scope of work:

Our client is currently doing an intersection up grade, along with upgrading the existing watermain and stormwater infrastructure.

The project has just started and is scheduled to be completed around end of May with a continuous pipeline of work for the future.

Requirements:

• Leading hand/ foreman experiences working on Civil Construction - water main/ storm water infrastructure projects
• Civil machinery operator tickets are highly advantage (excavator, roller, skid steer)
• Ideally seeking an all-rounder, someone with an excavator ticket and experience with pipe laying road boxing, culvert remediation.
• Reading and interpreting of plans, reliable, with a great positive attitude and has the ability to work with in our team environment and to assist the site supervisor on day-to-day activities.
• Experience in road pavement construction and can work positively in mentoring others.
• Drivers Licence - Essential
• Construction card
• Full Australian working rights
