Tier 1 Gold Coast Infrastructure Road Project on Central Gold Coast are in need of an experienced + motivated Civil Leading Hand

Exposure in similar roles is essential

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Leading Hand for civil crew and contractors on site
• Immediate start
• Offering full time hours (casual) with overtime opportunities expected daily
• $49.62 - $50.69phr Day shift with additional allowances and overtime rates (when applicable)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading and supervising a small civil crew on site
• Coordinating daily site operations and reporting to Site Supervisor
• Interpreting plans and ensuring works are carried out to spec
• Hands-on civil work including trenching, concreting, pit and pipe and earthworks
• Ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld
• Working closely with subcontractors and suppliers on-site

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Proven experience as a Leading Hand in Civil Construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Construction Safety White Card
• Valid Drivers Licence & own reliable transport
• RII competencies e.g. Roller, Skid Steer, etc
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and D&A testing
