Equipment & Transport Specialists (ETS) is currently seeking an experienced, full time PARTS MANAGER. ETS is a busy 24/7 mechanical workshop, providing 24/7 breakdown assistance on all makes and models, while maintaining our Scania dealer status. With our sister business of Equipment Specialists Australia being an equal part of this job, the applicant needs to be able to self-manage, prioritise tasks, serve customers at front reception and via phone and email. Able to deal with multiple suppliers, including international suppliers. Proficient at computers and using OEM computer programs. The role consists of organising parts, meeting deadlines, liaising with couriers, stocking shelves, managing stock levels, picking up parts around town locally and ensuring internal staff /stock levels are maintained for all incoming work. The successful applicant will need to be motivated, proactive and productive, able to juggle and prioritise and has a ‘nothing is too hard’ attitude.
