Coolum Carbitz is an independent, locally owned and operated Automotive spare parts store that has been servicing both trade and retail customers on the Sunshine Coast for over 20 years. We now need a Delivery Driver.

THE ROLE

The position is a casual role Monday-Friday, up to 37.5 hours.

As a Delivery Driver at Carbitz, you will be responsible for…

Delivering orders to workshops across the Coast

Collecting parts from suppliers

Assisting dispatch co-ordinator with picking orders

Stock replenishment

Some light machining

Handling credits

Customer service

Housekeeping duties

Developing strong customer relationships

THE APPLICANT

To be suitable for this role you…

MUST have a manual drivers license (Minimum P2, P1 not suitable)

Will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)

Will be highly organised and thorough

Will be energetic, respectful, reliable and punctual

Will be able to cope with a fast paced, busy environment

Be fit and healthy & able to cope with some heavy lifting

THE MONEY

Your wages from Carbitz will be at the award rate under the vehicle repair, services & retail award and will be paid weekly. Exact wages will be discussed at the interview stage as they are age dependant under 21 years of age.
