Tyrepower Noosaville are looking for a Store Manager to join our team!

We are looking for an experienced individual who has a proven ability to develop business relationships, drive sales and lead and motivate our team. You must have a genuine interest in the automotive industry and be passionate about improving the Tyrepower brand and products we sell.

A background in the Tyre/Automotive industry is highly regarded and a current Australian Open Driver's License is essential.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Face-to-face customer service and sales
• Providing quotes both over the phone and face to face.
• Taking bookings and customer enquiries
• Handling and processing payments
• Strong ability to lead a small team

The right candidate will have:

• Tyre/automotive sales preferred and customer service experience essential.
• Excellent communication skills
• Workshop organisation, ability to coordinate tasks and perform jobs in an efficient manner
• Be punctual and well presented
• Good time management skills
• Leadership skills, ability to motivate and lead a small team and achieve goals set
• Experience with Costar highly regarded but training can be provided
• Australian Open License is a must

This is a Full-Time position, Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm with the occasional Saturday from 8am -12pm. Uniform shirts provided and above award wage paid.
