Brand Em Outfitters is a regional, Australian business with a flair for country style and a passion for creating unforgettable branded gear. We’re more than just hats and shirts we’re a lifestyle, and we’re growing fast. With two sister companies under our belt, we’re looking for a Social Media & Sales Admin to help us share our story, showcase our products, and connect with our clients.

About the role

We’re after someone who understands social media not just posting pictures but creating content that’s fun, engaging, and true to our brand. You’ll help us on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, creating and scheduling posts, engaging with our audience, and keeping our feeds fresh and on point.

But this isn’t a desk only job. We need someone happy to roll up their sleeves, pitch in with admin, and travel to shows and events around the country. Sometimes this means being away from home for up to a week at a time.

What you’ll do

Plan, create, and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok

Film and edit short form video and take behind the scenes photos

Engage with our audience and grow our community with your creative ideas

Assist with day to day admin and office tasks as needed

Travel to events and expos, helping to set up, sell, and represent our brands with a smile

About you

You know your way around social media and have a knack for making it fun and effective

Confident with Facebook, Instagram and TikTok and ideally familiar with tools like Meta Business Suite & Google or Canva/Figma, also okay to be in some posts

Organised and proactive with the ability to juggle admin tasks and keep things moving

A great communicator who enjoys meeting people and isn’t afraid of hard work

Willing and able to travel sometimes for up to a week at a time

A love of country lifestyle and an understanding of our rural audience is a big plus
