Are you a driven administrator with a talent for project coordination? Wadawurrung Traditional Owners Aboriginal Corporation (WTOAC) is seeking an organised and proactive Project Management and Administration professional to support our Corporate Services team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to projects that strengthen our operations and deliver positive outcomes for Country and community.
About the Role
This position works closely with the Corporate Services Coordinator to coordinate funding agreements, reporting, and grants. You’ll play a critical role in supporting a range of projects across the organisation, ensuring that our operations align with the strategic goals of the Paleert Tjaara Dja – Wadawurrung Country Plan.
Key Responsibilities
Support planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of project
Contribute to grant writing and relationship management with funders
Prepare reports, briefs, and grant funding applications
Manage contracts, assess project variations, and prepare payment recommendations
Maintain program and project records with accuracy and compliance
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely project delivery
About You
Experience in administrative or project support, ideally involving grants or funding
Strong written communication and financial reporting skills
Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
Understanding of working with Indigenous communities
Knowledge of government processes and funding compliance (highly regarded)
Experience in building relationships that drive positive project outcomes
