About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our customers and guests, you’ll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service while supporting the admin and sales departments with various clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
Manage a busy switchboard and direct calls appropriately
Handle showroom enquiries and appointments
Provide administrative support to the sales and service teams
Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area

About You:
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident multitasker with strong attention to detail
Professional presentation and positive attitude
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and dealership software (or willing to learn)
