Our client is looking to fill several administration-focused positions as Internal Sales Estimators or Quotations Officers to join their collaborative Appliance & Sanitary-ware teams.

Responsibilities
- Administration-based role responsible for gathering accurate quotes from suppliers in order to provide cost effective solutions to clients.
- Manage emails and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and resolving any issues that arise.
- Contact suppliers to request quotes, compare prices, and negotiate better deals to help manage costs.
- Keep supplier and pricing information accurate and up to date in internal systems and databases.
- Work closely with project managers, designers, and other teams to understand material and product requirements.
- Communicate any changes or issues, such as price increases, delays, or unavailable products, to relevant stakeholders.
- Continuously learn about the products supplied to better assist the team and customers.
- Support sales and project teams in preparing bids and proposals.
About YOU
- Clear and confident communicator who can build rapport with suppliers and internal teams to get the right information quickly.
- Meticulous and organised, able to juggle multiple quotes and updates without missing a detail or deadline.
- Resourceful negotiator who knows how to ask the right questions and find cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Customer-focused mindset, anticipating potential issues and proactively offering solutions before they escalate.
- Quick learner with a genuine interest in understanding products and project needs to provide meaningful support.
- Based in Melbourne with full Australian working rights (Australian/NZ Citizen, PR, or valid visa)
