We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in a variety of surveying tasks, with a focus on feature surveys, control network establishment, and 3D laser scanning. You will gain hands-on experience using advanced Trimble surveying equipment and contribute to the processing of survey data and point clouds for various infrastructure and building projects.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct feature and topographic surveys with precision and accuracy.

Assist in the establishment and adjustment of survey control networks.

Operate Trimble GPS, total station, and 3D laser scanning equipment in the field.

Capture and register high-resolution 3D point cloud data.

Process survey data and point cloud information using appropriate software.

Prepare detailed plans and deliverables using AutoCAD and Revit.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.

Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures at all times.

Requirements

Tertiary qualification in Surveying, Geospatial Science, or a related discipline (or working towards).

Some experience (educational or practical) in feature surveying, control establishment, and 3D scanning.

Familiarity with Trimble survey equipment and associated field software (e.g., Trimble Access, Trimble RealWorks).

Basic to intermediate skills in AutoCAD and Revit (highly preferred).

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to learn and grow in a technical surveying role.

Desirable Skills

Experience with survey data processing tools such as TBC (Trimble Business Center), Trimble Realworks, and Autodesk.

Understanding of construction or engineering workflows.

Ability to interpret and draft technical plans and documentation.
