Product Trainer – Aged Care Technology

Full-Time | Based in VIC | $85,000 – $90,000 + Super + Bonus

RTM Group is expanding — and we’re looking for a confident and people-focused Product Trainer to join our team. This newly created role sits within our RTM Cloud division and plays a key part in how we support care teams, educate frontline users, and ensure smooth handovers after system deployments.

You’ll be the face of RTM on-site, ensuring staff feel confident using our systems and products — helping drive better outcomes for aged care residents and supporting facility teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver on-site and remote training to aged care staff on how to use RTM systems and related products

Support handovers following project completion, upgrades, or onboarding

Identify where additional tools or solutions may benefit the site and liaise with internal teams

Work closely with the Projects and Customer teams to ensure consistent rollout and client satisfaction

Capture feedback and help refine training content based on what users need most

What You’ll Bring

Strong communication and teaching skills — able to train in group or 1:1 settings

Experience in healthcare, aged care, technology, or service delivery

Confidence in learning and explaining products (we’ll teach you the technical side)

Organised, professional, and proactive on-site

Willingness to travel within VIC and occasionally interstate
