We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to work closely alongside our team!

Our office is based in Fremantle.

The position on offer is full time, with vehicle allowances.

Your duties will mainly include…

Working directly with Government agencies on major/minor building refurbishments and maintenance

Relaying progress updates Directly to the Managing Director

Practicing OH&S requirements daily

Managing and overseeing a small team daily

Communicating KPI's with contractors

Deliver contracts from pre-start to handover

Reporting project safety and progress via CRM application

Upholding a high standard of client services

We are looking for…

3 years' experience in a similar role, Qualifications preferred.

Experience with understanding Government Protocall's

Strong understanding/commitment to Safety on site

Strong document and software knowledge

Valid Driver's License

White Card

Healthy work ethic, with encouraging people skills and good reliability.
