About LTP: Louvretec® Perth is a local business based in Nedlands offering services for local and regional WA for high end architectural homes and boutique commercial projects. We are a small well trained team of installers and support staff backed up with all the resources of Louvretec® NZ with their 25 year heritage in design and manufacturing of Opening, Retractable Roofs and Sun Louvre systems.

You will work in a semi-autonomous role between our warehouse and Nedlands showroom. Working closely with our installers and sales you will and responsible for the management of projects from purchasing to hand over.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Project manage and schedule Installations

Ensure site readiness

Liaise with factory and suppliers

Attend site for service work, assist installers and meetings as required

Manage deliveries, goods in/out and warehouse duties

Track and monitor costs of installations in line with budgets

About You:

Essential:

Experience in construction industry (either on the building or client side) in supervisors role

Self-motivated and able to work autonomously and within a small team

Strong attention to detail, understand basic engineering and shop drawings

Mind set for quality workmanship and keen attention to detail is critical

PC skills: MS Office software

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Current WA Drivers License

Current forklift license

Desirable:

Relevant building and construction qualifications

Permanent Residency or Citizenship of Australia

Current Police Clearance or willing to obtain a clearance will be essential
